DIGNITARY/EXECUTIVE PROTECTION COURSE
The responsibility of safeguarding human life is a serious undertaking. When that responsibility extends to protecting a dignitary or celebrity often under public scrutiny and in unpredictable environments the mission becomes significantly more complex.
This course provides students with the foundational skills and mindset required to protect high-profile individuals in both routine and high-threat scenarios. Whether on foot, in a vehicle, or in crowded public settings, students will learn to assess threats, control movement, and safely extract their principal from dangerous or potentially deadly situations.
Course Topics Include:
• Protective movement and formations
• Situational awareness and threat assessment
• Working in and around vehicles
• Egress and emergency evacuation techniques
• Managing crowds and public exposure
• Planning for travel and site security
• Communications and contingency planning
Upon completion of this course, students will be proficient in providing close protection for dignitaries or celebrities in a variety of environments at home, in public, or while traveling. Most importantly, they will leave with the tools, training, and mindset to remain effective under pressure and comfortable being uncomfortable.
