Be an Athlete Course- Performance Under Pressure!
This course is designed to build the critical balance between fitness, marksmanship, and stress management. It’s easy to shoot well on a flat range the real test begins when fatigue, pressure, and elevated heart rates come into play.
Throughout this course, you’ll be challenged in a controlled environment that pushes you beyond your comfort zone. We’ll elevate your heart rate and breathing to simulate real world stress, then teach you how to mitigate these human factors and maintain a high level of performance under pressure.
Learn to stay sharp when it counts not just when it’s easy.
Recommended Equipment / What to Bring:
• Rifle with sling and minimum of 3 magazines
• Pistol with minimum of 3 magazines
• Battle belt or load-bearing setup
• Eye and ear protection
• Minimum of 200 rounds for rifle and 200 rounds for pistol
• Long sleeves or appropriate range attire
• Bug spray, sunblock, and hydration (water, electrolytes, etc.)
