This course is designed to build the balance between fitness, shooting skills, and stress management. Anyone can be a “good” shooter without opposition.
During this course we will provide you with a simulated environment to drive your breathing and heart rate past your comfort zone.
We will teach you how to mitigate these common human factors and maintain a level of proficiency while under stress and fatigue.
This class is not for the weak minded or unfit, this will put you to the test and will push your boundaries. It will give you a small idea on what you could encounter in the real world for those who are LE. Go in with an open mind and be ready to come out with a different mind set. A must do multiple times!
